If dreaming is making you tired, you'll understand why we are searching for answers to our problem. We can fall asleep for only a few minutes and be dreaming, but the doctor's say we are not in REM sleep. So what do you do when you wake up from your dreams more tired than when you went to sleep? No one seems to know yet, but we are going to try to find out. Come help me find the answers, and finally get a good nights sleep!
Found a different type of site today, and trying to figure out if anyone out there actually understands non-rem dreaming. If I can find it, I will post what I find. Someday we will have this mystery solved!
